Will PayPal accept citizencard as a form of photo ID?

I recently got asked to prove my identity with photo ID and my address. However, im not sure if a citizencard is classed as "government asigned", I'd like to know before I purchase the ID since this is the main reason im getting it.

You would need to ask paypal if they would accept it, as its not government issued there is a possibility that they will not.
