I created my account earlier , as a personal account .I started freelancing this year and couple of days ago i converted my account into business account as i got my first international client . But after uploading my documents i got a mail that i wasnt 18 when i created my account ,(Ok i get it , as it is correct) below there it was mentioned i could create a new account when i turn 18 . (why as i am already 18 now when i signed up for business account ) . if you want to let me create a new account when i turn 18 , also delink my bank account so that i could use it on my new account . there is no option to contact help . Message center doesnt reply , call centres not working due to covid . What to do? . I am already 18 . and the payment that i recieved is still on hold.
