I'm curious my account is for business I use this long time ago and why going limited my account why this company I'm always curious the issue almost PayPal user is like this the account going limited as my account is fully verified and each transaction you charge to much and now going limited and most money of user is you going hold I think your company is scammer after all this **bleep**
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
