Why is the money refunded lesser?

hello! just wondering why my money thay was refunded is lesser than it is... i purchased something for $324 yet the amount i received back from the refund was about $100+ lesser. i don’t think transaction fees are that high is it? is there a problem with paypal or maybe because i had a recent dispute (which i lost) then the money is deducted? please help me out 🥲

Thank you for your post! I'm sorry to hear that the refund was not what you expected. Was this a voluntary refund from the seller, or the result of a dispute? If it was a voluntary refund, it sounds like the seller opted to refund you a partial amount. I would recommend contacting the seller to inquire. If you and the seller cannot resolve it through discussion and you would like to dispute the rest of the payment, you can do so in the Resolution Center.
