Wht there is a limitation but I cant find any way to slove it?

You can’t until they unlock it! I’ve been waiting since November 28th. Contact the bbb. I recently done that and paypal have until the 15th to respond. They’ll tell you to wait 180 days but if you go through the bbb it can be sooner. Good luck!

I have no idea why would they do this, I didn’t abuse anything or break any tos, or PayPal just being a **bleep**
