What happens if you owe PayPal debt but you are a minor?

Anyone know what happens if you owe PayPal debt, and are a minor?

Thank you for your post. If the PayPal account has a negative balance, you'd still be asked to resolve it by adding money to the balance. Once you are over the age of 18 years old, you can create a new PayPal account.
