What happened to customer service here?

They dont reply or take a customer seriously anymore.Back in the good old days,you could get to talk to customer support on the phone(you could call them even in Norway,and talk to a norwegian support),and they got out of the way to help you instantly.Now we are supposed to help ourselves,or ask the community.

My account got limited,and i never got an email about it.It just says my information is being reviewed(?i have never sent them information),and that it will take 5 days.But this is weeks ago.No answer to my mail to customer service.

This is unacceptable,and very far from what paypal used to be.I would have closed my account,but there is a great deal of money locked in it.And i still need it for my Ebay business.

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.

Thank you!But there is no use in contacting them on Facebook,i am directed to the Norwegian site,and i see 279 posts about the same issue the last 2 years.There is no reason why a customer should be "inventive"and look for alternatives to reach customer service.They should be there always.This is very scary.
