Why paypal allows still automatic payments?

This is the third time that paypal charges me without my consent, we came to paypal to avoid companies doing that, automatic charging should forever banned from paypal, if paypal acts as any card issuer then what is the point?  I want a relationship like uber when it comes to chargin, when UBER is going to charge you it says, Im going to charge you through paypal 10dls, are you ok with that?" I dont need to go paypal and tell paypal to authorize the charge, because Im already doing it by saying yes to Uber, but when a company comes and says I charged you already because you said it was ok to do so (I authorized the first charge but not the second) What if I didnt say it was ok? Im helpless against this people who can say whatever they want and take my money from me....

PayPal is great about resolving issues, but hate having to go through activities every month and seeing who is charging me for things I didn't order and recurring charges that I didn't know I had agreed to. Maybe my bank will work with me to just cut off any requests from PayPal.

My bank just helped me to block recurrent charges from paypal, if I wanted to use a recurrent charges, Id have used my credit card plainly, kudos to my bank for behaving like PayPal should, thumbs down to paypal for helping these crocked companies in their dishonest schemes...

If you have set up a subscription then you have authorised paypal to pay it for you, if you don't want them to then cancel it.

Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''
