Well, is this is a dispute or a claim?

HI guys,

Hope you're all doing well and thanks for reading my topic.

Currently I have a open case, but the seller hasn't responded yet and it has been almost 20 days. So currently I'm wondering if my case is actually a claim (because it says so) or still a dispute? I never escalated it to PayPal, nor do I have the option to escalate it. I did ask for a refund during the process, so does that makes it a claim? Just need some confirmation!
