Verifying a sole proprietor business account in South Africa

For months now I have been unable to verify my account and lift a receive limit as paypal doen't accept the documents that I submit, and keeps sending me a generic response even after explaining in detail what the problem is. They don't seem to understand that a sole proprietor is a simple yet valid business form that requires no business registration number according to sars. I have resubmitted information 4 times, no luck. If by a miracle it gets resolved, which I highly doubt. I will let you know. Dont they know you DONT register a sole proprietor.

Resolved!!! I submitted my SARS registration and changed my business settings from sole proprietor to individual. I hope this will help you. I know it can be stressful so I hope this can help others.

I have the same problem:-( Did you change the settings in PayPal from business to individual?
