Account limitations

New Community Member
My business account has been limited and they keep asking for proof of business registration but I am a some proprietor. I have sent proof of address and business bank account but nothing. Very stuck and unable to transact. Please can someone advise what to do. Thank you in advance.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
