I recently became a PayPal customer and link my prepaid Mastercard that is also PayPal I tried to do a transaction with my friend and all the sudden my account was limited and I couldn't do anything online is it because it's a prepaid card and they don't have any ID verification if that's so can I unlink the prepaid card and is the prepaid card still able to receive direct deposits from Uncle Sam I'm waiting for my taxes and that's the card I gave them can anybody help thank you
