Is there anyway to create a another pay pal account based on the present linked bank/card, my account shows i can no longer use pay pal.
I never realized that I made an account in 2017 while I'm still 16. Or I can't use my bank account to create another account anymore? Or is there anyother way to get my current account running since i turned 19 now?
