Cannot file dispute in spite of following help center directions and email directions sent to me.
I subscribed to a bogus company through PayPal approximately 2 months ago and have since contacted the company and canceled the subscription. I have a cancellation verification email from them. However the fees are being attempted to be pulled every single week in spite of the cancellation and a stop payment at my bank. I am being charged insufficient funds fees because of this. I need to get this disputed and all payments to them canceled though PayPal, but nothing I do is getting this accomplished. Please help!
