i didn't used my paypal for quite some time, one day i got 3 messages from paypal saying that 35,000INR has been deducted from account, it was a big shock, so i reported paypal and claim a dispute, but they closed the case saying that i've made consistent payment to that specific address, which i never did, paypal is not taking any responsibility as its their system which has those loopholes for hackers
You have the option to appeal that case decision within 10 days in your Resolution Center. If you do not see that appeal option or you have issues appealing that case decision, I would recommend reaching out to our Customer Support to review the option to appeal further. Best wishes!!
