In situations where an account has been permanently limited, the balance is held up to 180 days and an email notification with instructions on how to withdraw the balance is sent automatically when 180 days have passed. However, in some cases where a limitation has been placed but remains open/unresolved, you may still need to resolve the limitation still to access the balance. In this case, I would encourage you to contact our customer service directly to discuss what options are available to you to withdraw the balance.
