hi i need help. How do I report unauthorized activity on paypal? My paypal account was not used but my credit card that is not linked in any paypal was. So I think my card was breached and I want to report to paypal regarding the transaction. Thank you. Please help.

I understand that you do not see the transaction in your PayPal account. Also, to your knowledge, the card was never added. Would there be a chance that another family member of friend borrowed your card and made a purchase online? In most cases, your bank or card statement may give a hint of who the amount was paid to.
I don't think so. Your security as to payment may be the problem. As a suggestion, you could have at least made your payment security more secure by having the one time password (OTP) from all the debit and credit cards before processing payments always. In that way we, payors, will be more secure from online hackers and fraudster. Like this for example, PAYPAL *GRAVITYINTE it was from online game transaction. You could have been more alert from this kind of transactions because it can cause more fraud.
