Unauthorized transactions are always alarming, and I'm sorry that you are experiencing some. The good news is that your banking information cannot be stolen from your PayPal account. This would have occurred outside of PayPal somehow. You will want to contact your bank right away to let them know. PayPal can help to possibly shut down the fraudster's account, but you will need to keep trying to reach customer service by phone. I'm so sorry that it has been difficult to call. You certainly have the option to call in, but you may be faced with a hold due to unusually high contact volumes. Please continue the best you can through the phone prompts to get to an agent who can help. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
