Unauthorized transaction with PP code not Paypal

Hi all,

I had an Unauthorized transaction amounting USD 1.95 when i accessed my Paypal account, the supersizing part is when the bank sent me the deduction massage the Code was PP. then a code , not *Paypal then the code. 

Could you please help the Code was PP*1321COD[Removed. Phone #s not permitted]LU

You must have added a debit or credit card to your paypal account and that is the code to 'confirm' it.
