Unauthorized transaction <removed>

An unauthorized transaction was made, using my credit card details through PayPal. The transaction is only shown in my bank account. I didnt even had paypal account at that time.
There is all transaction information:
PAYPAL *ADMI LTD ST15NP <removed> 07.08.2019 337.00 EUR

I already block my credit card, but thats all that my bank can do  for me.

I send dispute report to PayPal about Unauthorized Transaction, and they send me back automated response about making report.

How can I get my money back? Please Help!

Looks like a website in Stoke on Trent if that rings a bell? Festival site?

If you bought something online with a debit or credit card and did NOT log into your Paypal account then of course it won't show on that Paypal account because you bought as a 'guest buyer'.
However your seller may have processed that payment using their Paypal 'card reader' and so Paypal would show on your bank or card statement.

If that is not the case then contact customer services AND your card issuer to query the transactions.

If you need to open a dispute for a 'guest buyer' transaction then you can.......
1. Phone Paypal customer services and see if they will open one for you OR
2. Contact your card issuer for a chargeback.

No idea, why not open a dispute for unauthorised transactions?

i do not have a disagree (if this is synonym for dispute) because i did not buyed anything from this <removed>.

and in paypal history of mine, i did not had any transaction at least the 3 past months.

only there is charge, not transaction, in my bank account.

strange thing

hello again.

i went into dispute resolution center, and as i told you in the beginning, there is nothing to dispute.

it is empty.

i can not use dispute or anything like that.

there is no disagreement.

i didn't take anything from PayPal last 3 months or more.

but, someone charged my bank account, and make it seems like it was through PayPal.

thank you for your advice, but your advice is for case different than mine.

thank you

Nowhere did i tell you to go into the resolution centre, I gave my advice above because you said it was not showing in there but on your bank account.

Try reading my post again as it pertains to a GUEST BUYER.

IF YOU DIDN'T BUY IT THE ADVICE IS THE SAME........contact customer services OR your card issuer for help.
