I received an email from best buy thanking me for an $800 purchase on 10/16. It includes a different email address too. A purchase confirmation # too. Today PayPal sent me an email that said this purchase was declined for insufficient funds.. I have been trying to reach SOMEBODY at PayPal to report this fraudulent activity for days now. Nobody is available anywhere.. What should I do?
