Recently I received two sms from the bank saying that I’ve made transactions via paypal under the name of Danyel <removed> and I suspected this person was from Singapore. I never lost my debit card but somehow this culprit managed to get my card details and utilised it for two separate online transactions in just 2 days. I’ve just cancelled my card but how do I get to report this matter to paypal so that they could investigate? I’m not looking to get my money refunded here, but I want actions to be taken against this cyber thief.
