Hiya pals, can anyone advise? I've been getting repeat messages about 'verifying my identity' wherein they say I have to submit my ID/proof of address. Now apparently my initials are not enough, and since I am basically a freakin peasant from rural New Zealand, I live with room mates so I don't have utility bills, apparently my bank statement isn't good enough (initials are good enough for my *actual* bank, but oh well 😝), I'm not really sure what else to give them? And getting an actual human to talk to seems impossible... Thing is, is my account *even* restricted? I can't see anything that says it is, it's not a business account, just a little personal account for friends and family to help a little when I'm struggling? There's not even any money in there at the moment, but my cousin in Aus is trying to send money to fix my car but now we're both to scared to try it? Tl:dr account may be restricted, maybe not, I have no proof of address that has my full name on, can anyone advise me of what to try next? Thanks guys, anxiety going through the roof on this one 😭
