Unauthorized Purchase

Hi,  A buyer filed a unauthorized dispute on an item I had listed on ebay.  The item was bought, paid through paypal, was shipped and delivered.  All of the info is documented on my paypal account.  Paypal sent me a notification of the disputed charge, and put a hold on the funds.  ($125)

I just can't figure out if I need to send PayPal anything, I did email them and they said go to the Resolution page, which just says it is under review, and does not say anything about me submitting anything. 

Do I just wait it out?  I do have seller protection, and an excellent reputation with PayPal, and ebay.

Hi @ernieandreg, It would be nice if you can submit the proof of shipment or tracking number thru the Resolution Center. It can help us resolve this as soon as posible. Thank you.

Thanks for the response. I am trying to answer with receipts and shipping, but there is no link for me to send it to in the resolution center, or dispute page. I am not sure what to do. Thanks again.

Seller Protection is applicable with Unauthorized Claim filed against you. Check our Seller Protection Program for more details.

If the case is already under review, that means it is already escalated into a claim and PayPal is currently looking into the case. If this is an Ebay transaction, we will be able to see your shipping information as ebay will provide that to us. There's actually no action you have to do in your end for unauthorized claim as long as this ebay transaction. I hope this helps!
