Hi @Julyamy, whay kind of proof for wrong delivery address is it? You may get a documentation from the Shipping Courier that the tracking number is not delivered on your address. Once you have this documentation you may file an appeal on the claim. Hi @Rossik01, I see where you coming from about this, though it is listed on the Buyer's Protection that for returning the item it will be by the Buyer's cost. However you may want to take advantage the PayPal Return Shipping Fee Reimbursement. Paypal csn remimburse up to 30USD cost of return shipping. Hi @DBLDWN, I know how frustrated you are with the situation. Paypal use whatever information provided. If we are given a tracking number and we can track it on the website of the shipping courier then we xannot identify that as fraud tracking. That is why we arw asking a supporting documents to protect your claim about not receiving the item. Quiet not sure why UPS won't like to provide documentation about the exact informstion they provided. But please contact one of our live chat agent so we can send a report request about it.
