Hi so after filling out all the required information and uploading photos of my licence and other bills etc when I am confirming my adress I accidentally buy the wrong suburb but the right street name and it has been submitted I did try to contact pay pal and waitied an hour on the message help center but nothing . Is there anything I can do to change the suburb ? I’m also very worried about what will pay pal say / do when it doesn’t match up
Thank you for reaching us. No worries you can still update your information on that one. And this is a real time update so it will reflect on our system once your done. After that you can also set the correct address as your primary street address and delete the wrong one. Here's a link that can help you how to do it:
