There were series of unauthorized payment using my debit card, saying it was used at PAYPAL *GRAVITYINTE, deducted PHP 13,204.45 on my account. I didn't do these transactions. And it was also not reflected in my paypal activity of transactions. What should I do? I know my card is linked in my paypal account, but I haven't used ever since. How can I get a refund? this isn't even my money, it was payment for my family bills.
I just called our bank and asked me to file complaint online. They have forms there for a specific report. Waiting for the banks acknowledgement thru email or via call.
