Unauthorised transaction and account closed. Dublin office not taking calls

Hi,

 

There was an unauthorised transaction on our family paypal account (I have the receipt and transaction id's). As soon as the paypal account was hacked and purchases made (debit card was linked to account and proper 2 step security was unfortunately not set up) the account was closed.

 

As this is the case, I cannot raise a transaction dispute/incident of fraud in the resolution centre as the account no longer exists. Is there anyone who can help me?

 

I have contacted the bank and debit card has been cancelled etc.. We are based in Ireland, and someone has order 2 items totalling nearly $500USD with a delivery address to United States. I need paypal to action this quickly but cannot contact anyone by phone.

 

Please advise how I do this in absence of account in question and lack of customer service personnel in my region?
