What happens if the seller doesn't respond inn the time stated?

Sorry but what does an unauthorised dispute have to do with the seller?
When you open a dispute for an unauthorised transaction you are telling Paypal that your account was hacked and the transaction done without your consent.
Paypal then check IP addresses and devices to see if that is the case and then decide to refund you if it is.
Advice is voluntary.

Because it states in the disputes section where it's been set up. Awaiting response from the seller even though it's classed as an unauthorised transaction. Left me a bit confused too. It says the merchant/seller has 7 days to respond to this
