I have what PayPal says are 2, Two, charges of $45.99 to my account: My bank only shows one ... The one I authorized without realizing just today.... Now, tho I am doing what PayPal asks and researching the entity that this/these payments went to, I am finding NO SUCH ENTITY! !!???!!! I have YET to pinpoint WHO/WHERE the charge(s) even came FROM!!!! SO....NOW WHAT??? My bank told me you are responsible.
