So I found out yesterday that my paypal has been used for someones uber and have spent pretty much all of my remaining money on Uber. I live in the country side so uber literally doesnt come here. you cant get it here. However my dispute was instantly declined. Now I want to just delete my paypal as It wont let me remove my bank account, dispite letting me delete the card. It says it cant because of outstanding transactions however this will send me into my overdraft if anymore come out. I dont know what to do. I've tried asking for help and they're so slow and im in pure panic mode.

PayPal investigates if it payment was done was from your device/IP and if it was, they deny your case.
Tell your bank to block PayPal transactions until further notice.
