Unathorised transaction

On the day 29th Avgust 2019.,someone had an unauthorised access to my facebook page and to my paypal acc,
That person paid advertisments for its products -in huge amounts using my fb page.
when I found it out I Imediately went to my bank and blocked my debit card. Those adverts were about food suplements for loosing weight .that is not my product. 
After opened dispute PayPal decided that those transactions were authorised. BUt they are not.

My money is gone and support won't help me out. 

Any advice of what to do is more than welcome.

I am sorry to hear that this happens. If your case was not accepted, it may mean that we could not find evidence of the unauthorised access by a third party to your PayPal account. If you do not agree, you should have the option to appeal the case from the 'Action' section next to the closed case in your Resolution Centre.
