Recently Paypal put restrictions on my account due to excessive amounts of payments I was receiving. I need to upload documents to verify information, but paypal isn't allowing me to on google chrome or safari. It shows CHOOSE VALUE but nothing else. So it won't even accept file uploads. Meanwhile, I am unable to collect payments via paypal through the dozens of shopify stores I manage. Does anyone have a solution to this? Their customer service is borderline nonexistent.
