USPS confirmed delivery, buyer claims not received and made a claim.

It’s always something. I sold three, irreplaceable band shirts to someone. It was over $100 and I shipped them promptly via USPS Priority Mail. USPS confirmed delivery on May 7 around 12pm and the buyer messaged me a few hours later stating the package was not in her mailbox. I immediately opened a case with USPS and finally heard back today. The postmaster of the local post office told me they mapped GPS coordinates and confirmed with the driver that it was in fact dropped at the correct address. She says she checked an hour after delivery, but it just seems odd. Someone would have had to swiped the package within an hour. I’ve also done all of the work to find this package, besides USPS. She seems to not have lifted a finger and I assume hasn’t gone around asking neighbors either. The buyer obviously wants a refund and before even letting me respond, she opened a PayPal claim. Her reasoning was very basic and basically just said USPS claims they did not deliver. If USPS investigated and knows it was delivered correctly, will PayPal refund her? This is just extremely frustrating because I have a feeling she’s being dishonest from her actions and it’s a lot of lose on my end. Anyone have experience with this sort of situation? I filed a very detailed counter claim, so I hope it’s in my favor. I guess we’ll see!
