Fraudulent Seller, fake email address, fake tracking number.

I escalated a dispute to paypal, checked on it next day and it appears my claim was closed...no explanation.  Why?  I never recieved my item and The seller posted a tracking number for clothing that  was delivered back in february 2020 to my zip and state, but I did not place my order until April, 2020 and it was NOT for clothing.  The email in paypal system for seller is invalid.  What do I do now?
