Tracking number

I have opened a claim against ymeauty, this company was proven by BBB that they were using fraudulent tracking numbers. PayPal denied my claim based on tracking number. I then reopened my claim only to be told this time it was unauthorized. Paypal then told me to resend the money. I wouldn't do that. Now I'm being told it is because of the tracking number. Why did paypal refund other orders but denied mine? I have since contacted BBB I started a claim with them. Scammers need to be shut down.

APPEAL

To submit an appeal on the dispute that was closed, PayPal asks that you obtain a detailed report from the shipper/courier (on their letterhead or some other form of official stationary) that includes the address the seller gave them for the shipment. Or one that includes a statement mentioning your address and saying the item was delivered to a different address.
Check tracking in below link to see where it went.
https://www.17track.net/en

When you have that, contact PayPal via phone (log on to your account and click Contact at the bottom of the page, however that may not be an option at the moment due to covid), or via Facebook (send a Private Message to PayPal) or via Twitter (send a Direct Message to @AskPayPal) and say you want to appeal the denial of the dispute based on the shipper saying the item was delivered to a different address. Once it's submitted (you will be provided with directions on how to do that), the dispute will be reviewed further and a determination will be made.

You also have the option to contact your card issuer if you funded your paypal payment that way and see if they will do a chargeback for you.

Sorry to hear this, have you tried contacting paypal by e-mail? They reply within 24 hours.

If you can prove that it was fraudulent it should be no problem in refunding.

I sent the article to PayPal and they still are not helping. I went a step further by contacting BBB I was told to get documentation from my post office stating no tracking number or package was delivered for me. I live in a small town so the post office also put a claim against PayPal for their own name. Fraudulent companies need to be shut down.

You can dispute the claim on paypal and they will issue a refund when you have not recieved what was promised.

Hi my claim was denied by PayPal of over £700 because the sender gave a tracking number’ I’m in the process of appealing ‘ for one thing the said courier doesn’t carry the weight of two motorised mountain bikes’ plus it states was sent to a different address and name ‘ I have been to address yesterday to ask if they had anything delivered’ we Which I know wouldn’t be the bikes but maybe something heavier in a box the lady who answered the door was an elderly lady in her 80s so I knew she would not be using any bikes plus it’s stated that no signature was required’ if you are sending over £700 worth of items surely you would want a signature’ I’ve looked on the reviews of the company ustreetstyle and they have scammed loads of people using this method and with PayPal’ all refused money back because of a tracking number’ PayPal are allowing this to go on and it should be stopped

I agree the company that ripped me off agreed to send me a refund while my case was being reviewed and paypal deemed it unauthorized use. This was nit true. I authorized payment. I never received anything. I then read in my browser news blog that PayPal was refunding people even if they didn't file a claim against the company because of fraudulent tracking numbers. I filed a claim against another company and received that refund for $29.95 only to find out it was the same company! PayPal needs to stop helping these fake companies and ban their use of services. I always buy from sellers who offer PayPal as a payment option thinking I would be protected. I opened a claim against this company with the BBB in my area and they also sent me the article explaining Paypals apology to the buyers and refunding them. Not me though...they dismissed me calling it unauthorized use!
