Your bank will have the correct transactions of all the transactions and therefor easier to know where you money might have gone.    If there has been some payments that have been cancelled they will either return to your bank or debet card, if not they will return to your paypal balance. You do not have to sit and wait for an reply, you can close paypal and they will still reply, your message has been sent and they will reply. You will get an notification by e-mail and in your paypal when they have replied. As long as you do not mark your conversation as resolved they will continue to reply and help you on your matter.   Hope this clarifies. ... View more

Hello Sandy, sorry to hear about this. I was really confusing reading all your transactions hehe.   I can understand if it seems confusing, the money however does not just vanish so it will either come back to your paypal account or your bank account. Have you tried contacting your bank account for them to look at the charges made?   If you want you can also contact paypal trough the message center, they reply within 24 hours and are actually really helpfull. Hello, you would need to upload proof of adress it seems like. This is easily done with a statement or a bill that is in your name and your adress.   For example and eletrical bill or phone bill that is sent to you.  You can upload this to http://www.paypal.com/il/uploaddoc.   Please also send an message to the message center where you describe your problem and that to tell them you have uploaded the correct documents.  Here is a link to the message center.   https://www.paypal.com/smc/customer ...
