I created a PayPal account a long time ago. After never using it, I just forgot about it. I never verified my bank account and entered a wrong date of birth which resulted in my account getting restricted. At first I didn't notice that my account was blocked. So, I tried the new top up feature. My PayPal balance never updated (due to the restriction). The amount was removed from my bank account. Will the money be sent back (to bank account) ? Can I re-enable my account to finally start using PayPal?
