.99 cent charge on my checking account labeled “PayPal toll app fee” ..is this normal or fraudulent ?

Do you use a highway pay toll app? Like FastToll?

The processing fee transaction will appear as "Paypal *il Toll App Fee" (or "Paypal *Toll App Fee") on your credit/debit card statement.

*il as in Illinois or your state abbreviated.

I just had the same problem. I don’t pay tolls on any highway therefore there’s no way that could be the issue. I’ve looked everywhere for an ad answer however this is the only thing similar to compare to. I hope we can figure out what the charge is truly for.
