They stole my money, changed my password, sent my own money to their account.

Hello, i am panicking, yesterday i advertised my shoppy/shop on discord, a random person DM'd me telling me they wanted to buy 20$ worth of a product, i said sure, they said "give me your email", i sent them the link to my paypal.me, and they said: "no, email, not links tf", i sent them my paypal email, and they told me they couldn't send the 20$ because my account was "frosted" and "limited", and i had to give them a "code" so they can send it, my little brain did not know that the code was the access to my account because it wasn't my phone, it was my dad's phone, i asked him for a code and he gave me the code, i didn't know it was the code to access my paypal account, so i gave him the code, and he stole my money, sent it to himself, i made a case about it but paypal declined it. Please help! (By the way they had sent a screen shot of the "code" they needed but deleted it)
