Terrible Customer Service

Asked to confirm business address.  I entered it.  It was refused.  Called for help.  Got transferred. Got transferred.  Told to visit another website to file a claim.  Will take up to 7 days.  Called back.  Woman had NO IDEA how the system worked.  Said I had trouble updating my information.  She confirmed by asking what document and I trying to upload???  After answering questions for her over and over I asked for a supervisor.  Three times she blamed me for not being clear.  Finally she transferred me.  But she put me on hold.  For 40 minutes so far.  

 

TERRIBLE COMPANY.  It's like this every time I call.  No one knows anything.
