I've had temporary account limitations, so at the moment, money is sat there. It's asked me to verify my bank statement/utility bill and ID, which i have done. But normally how long does it take to resolve this matter as I need to transfer my daughter money ASAP in an emergency and paypal is the only real option at the moment.
