Hey there, I have been trying to submit a letter of authorisation for about 50 times but all I keep getting is - " something went wrong'
I've cleared all caches, tried using other devices but keep getting the same massage - and it driving me insane because Paypal has money for a fundraising for a person's urgent treatment and we cannot access the money at all.
