What is this letter of authorisation ?
I am a sole business owner (freelancer), don't make a lot of money. So I am not sure how to fill it up.
"I (myself) authorize (myself) to manage the account of (myself) with paypal? Sign (myself), Designation (owner)"
Seems weird.
