Let Say Someone Punches My Item On My Website & After I Shipped The Item & When He Receive It He Took It & Talked To Paypal To Give Him His Money & He Didn't Tell Me There's Anything Wrong With The Item He Just Want To Buy Stuff When He Get It He Contact Paypal & Say To Them I Didn't Got Anything I Want My Money Back How Can I As A Seller Can Prevent My Self From This Guy ? Thanks ❤️

Read up on seller protection in paypals user agreement so that you can risk assess your transactions.
However in the event of an item received but not as described dispute it is always one persons word against anothers SO paypal tend to favour the buyers BUT the buyer normally has to return the item back to you (trackable to prove delivery) before you have to issue a refund.
Advice is voluntary.
