I just have a question, I have to ship an item back on a claim. It was received and damaged beyond use, so I have initiated the claim process. I now have to send the broken product back, I am just wondering what type of shipping method I have to use, if I can use regular ground, or if I have to add tracking, as my package arrived with no tracking in the first place. I just need to know what to do for the claim to go through properly, the item cost $27.07 USD, and its going to cost $54.00 CAD to ship it back with tracking, versus $9.00 with no tracking.
