This was back on NOv. 8th. 2020. I bought a product with a 2 year guarantee and the seller is ignoring my emails. I tried to dispute through ebay but all I keep getting are replies in Chinese.
The seller has deleted this auction page so I cant even go and leave feedback warning other buyers .
Tried to dispute through paypal and they denied it.
Any ideas would be great.
Thanks

Hi @PGal,
Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum!
In general, our PayPal Buyer Protection Policy only covers for 180 days in case you don't receive the item, or if you receive something that is not as described. Unfortunately, our policy does not work like a warranty policy and if the item breaks or has issues after it arrived, we would not be able to cover the issue, I am afraid. I would encourage you to try contacting the seller again.
I hope this helps.
Martina
