Seller not responding

I’m freaking out!! The seller isn’t responding on Etsy or PayPal. I’ve opened a case but got to wait till July and if he dosent respond it will be closed. Am I going to loose me money?!

Welcome to the Community! 

I'm sorry to hear the merchant isn't responding to you. If you opened a dispute on PayPal and they're not responding to you, you'll want to escalate the dispute to a claim before the case closes. If a dispute automatically closes after 20 days, it cannot be reopened. After you escalate the dispute to a claim status, PayPal will step in and assist you with a resolution.
