I opened a case towards a seller it states in case details seller sent msg but im unable to read msg when i click on seller msg what am i doing wrong? Thanks in Advance
Seems to be an ongoing paypal glitch. I kept reading these complaints and then had reason to open a dispute myself. The instant that I did so there was a 'message from the seller' a few hours later that I couldn't open. Contacted seller directly and he had not sent a message and we resolved things. 24 hours later in the dispute the message from the seller 'disappeared'
Advice is voluntary. Kudos / Solution appreciated.
Tyvm on ur reply. Unfortunately the seller which is a very big business wont respond back. Have tried for 3 days to resolve with seller and got nowhere so guess will just have to wait out time.
