Dear Community, Seller has not sent order and is not replying to my messages. I wish to get refund, what shall I do. TBH I think seller may be fraudulent .

Locate payment transaction in your PayPal account activity, click it, then click "Report a problem" to file an Item Not Received (INR) dispute. Note: If it has been less than 7 days since payment, the system may not let you file a dispute just yet.
You do have 180 days from payment to file a dispute, otherwise.
